Pre-Sales Technical Support
Stone Sample Matching
For Engineered Stone (e.g., Quartz):
We provide precise custom color matching. Upon receiving your physical sample, our technical team expertly adjusts formulations to replicate color and pattern. We consistently achieve over 98% visual match accuracy to submitted samples.
For Natural Stone Matching:
Our comprehensive procedure includes:
- Requirement Intake: Initiate search upon receiving marble names/reference photos (via sales team).
- Sourcing Research: Identify visually comparable natural stones from global quarries. Note: Multiple distinct marbles may match a single reference image.
- Client Specifications: Incorporate your parameters (e.g., acceptable price ranges, tolerance for natural veining variations).
- Option Presentation: Provide all viable matches with:
● High-resolution visuals: Full slabs, veining close-ups, texture details
● Transparent pricing: Options organized from low to high cost
● Variation documentation: Images showing inherent color/vein diversity within same stone type
Post-Selection Protocol:
Approved marbles trigger dispatch of representative samples for final confirmation. Sample dimensions (typically 15x15cm to 30x60cm) and quantity depend on:
● Material variability
● Procurement feasibility
● Budgetary constraints
Sample Limitations:
While illustrating characteristic colors/veins, samples cannot guarantee future slab appearances due to natural variation. Samples may come from same or different slabs.
High-Variability Marble Protocol:
For significantly varied stone:
▲ Purchase full slab
▲ Document with comprehensive photography
▲ Systematically cut samples
▲ Map each sample to its original slab position
▲ Provide reassembly visualization
B&C. Material Listing & Shop Drawings
Based on client design drawings, we:
