From Raw Block to Refined Slab

The journey begins with selecting premium marble blocks. We utilize state-of-the-art diamond wire saws for primary cutting, extracting large slabs efficiently while minimizing waste and preserving the stone's natural structure.

Calibration & Reinforcement

Rough-cut slabs are processed on a multi-head calibrating machine to achieve a perfectly uniform 20mm thickness. For enhanced durability, many slabs then pass through an automatic resin line. Here, a specialized resin fills natural micro-fissures, strengthening the stone and preparing it for a flawless final polish.

Precision Cutting & Profiling

Calibrated slabs are cut to exact specifications using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) bridge saws. This ensures millimeter-perfect dimensions tailored to your order.

Subsequently, edges are shaped on CNC profiling machines. Whether you choose a simple pencil round or an elaborate ogee profile, the machine meticulously forms and polishes the edge through multiple grit stages for a seamless finish.

Final Surface Treatment

The slab receives its definitive surface character on an automatic polishing line. It passes under sequential polishing heads with progressively finer diamond abrasives.

• For a polished finish, this creates a brilliant, mirror-like gloss that highlights the stone's dramatic veining.
• For a honed finish, the process concludes earlier to yield a smooth, velvety matte surface.
