Leathering (if specified): A brushing machine (with abrasive brushes) creates the leathered finish, removing surface gloss while preserving vein texture.
Edge Finishing: Smooth cut edges with polishing machines (diamond pads) to avoid sharpness; for solid bullnose, CNC machines ensure uniform curvature.
Hole Drilling: A CNC drilling machine makes precise holes for sinks, faucets, or electrical outlets.
Cleaning & Sealing: Wipe away dust with industrial cleaners; apply a quartzite-specific sealer (to resist stains) and cure it.
