Edge Profiling: French styles often feature ornate edges (e.g., ogee, rope, or beaded profiles). An automatic edge profiling machine with interchangeable diamond wheels shapes these details, with hand-finishing for intricate curves to maintain symmetry.

Surface Polishing: Use a wide-belt marble polisher with progressively finer diamond pads (200–1500 grit) to achieve a high-gloss finish, enhancing the marble's veining. Hand-polish edges and corners to ensure uniform shine.

Hole Drilling (if needed): For built-in features (e.g., a wine storage niche), use a CNC drilling machine to create precise cutouts, ensuring clean edges that align with French design's meticulousness.

Reinforcement & Stabilization: Bond a thin fiberglass mesh to the underside using epoxy resin (applied via a pressure roller) to prevent warping in the 2m span, critical for structural integrity.

Final Finishing: Remove burrs with fine sandpaper, then clean with a pH-neutral solution to eliminate dust. A final polish touch-up ensures no dull spots.
