6. Fabrication of Bases & Final Assembly: While the tops are being polished, the bases (typically metal) are fabricated elsewhere. 4. Perfect Edge Work: The CNC router must create a symmetrical, smooth profile on all edges. Any waviness or imperfection is a sign of poor quality.
5. Complete Resination: The resin must fully impregnate the stone. Incomplete resination will leave the marble vulnerable to staining from glass rings and spills.
6. Secure Assembly & Packaging: The connection between the marble top and the base must be absolutely secure to prevent movement. Robust, custom packaging is non-negotiable to prevent damage in transit.
