It is forced into any voids using a vacuum resin line or spread with squeegees. The resin is then cured with ultraviolet light or left to air-harden. Once hardened, the surface is re-polished to remove any excess resin, leaving a perfectly smooth, non-porous surface.

7. Calibration (Underside) & Support: The underside of the table is ground flat on a line polisher or large grinding machine to ensure perfect stability. A frame or support structure (e.g., for a central pedestal) is meticulously attached to ensure the table is structurally sound and does not sag.
