Cutting: Use a CNC bridge saw (with diamond blades) to cut the slab into rough island components (countertop, sides, legs) per design specs.

 

Edge Profiling: Shape edges (e.g., bullnose, bevel) with an edge grinding machine (diamond wheels) for smoothness and aesthetics.

 

Hole Drilling: Use a CNC drilling machine to make holes for sinks, faucets, or electrical outlets-ensures precision.

Grinding & Polishing

First, a wet grinding machine (coarse to fine diamond pads) smooths surfaces; then a polishing machine (fine pads) achieves a high gloss, enhancing the marble's red hue.

Assembly

Bond components (e.g., attach legs to countertop) with marble adhesive; clean excess with a scraper.

Final Inspection & Sealing

Check for unevenness, scratches, or veining inconsistencies; apply a marble sealer (via sprayer or roller) to resist stains.

A: Depends on various products, it can be from 20 days to 45 days, exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.

A: Besides production time mentioned above, usually it takes maximum 10-15 days for shipment to any destination port around the world.

Q: Are items shown on website ready to deliver after order is placed?

A: Most of the items are needed to be made once order is confirmed. Stock items may be available due to different seasons, please contact our staff for detailed information.

Q: How can I get quotation and make order?

A: Send us your kitchen dimensions and requests (or send you plan), we will make the design and then quote exactly cost. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
