3. Expert CNC Operation & Tooling: A skilled operator must set up the machine correctly. Using worn-out diamond blades or router bits will cause chipping along the cut edges and sink openings, resulting in a poor finish. Sharp tools are essential for clean cuts.
4. Consistent Finishing Process: The brushed finish must be uniform across the entire surface of the top. An inconsistent application can create visible lines, patches, or an uneven texture, making the product look cheap and poorly made.
5. Proper Handling and Packaging: Marble is fragile. After fabrication, every piece must be handled with care to prevent cracks and chips. Proper packaging-using sturdy crates, foam, and cardboard separators-is critical to ensure the product survives shipping and arrives in perfect condition. This is often where low-cost suppliers fail.
