• Inspect every slab for uniform color and veining patterns. No sudden color shifts or blotches allowed.
• Check for natural fissures: Seal minor ones and reject slabs with cracks that could weaken structure.

2. Edge Polishing and Profiling

• Hand-polish all edges to a high-gloss finish, matching the subtle shimmer. No rough spots or dull patches.
• Profiles are precisely cut and aligned, with no chipping or uneven curves.

3. Cutout Precision for Sinks and Faucets

• Sink cutouts measured to fit standard undermount or drop-in sinks within 1mm tolerance. No gaps or misalignments.
• Faucet holes drilled cleanly, with smooth edges to prevent cracking during installation.

4. Seam and Joint Quality

• For double-sink vanities, seams are virtually invisible using color-matched epoxy to blend with gray tones.
• No visible glue lines or uneven joins; sand and polish seams to a seamless finish.

5. Backsplash and Sink Lip Integration

• Backsplash cut to exact dimensions and polished to match the countertop. No gaps between backsplash and wall.
• Sink lip area reinforced with waterproof sealant, preventing water damage over time.

6. Surface Flatness and Leveling

• Use a straightedge to check for warping or dips across the entire surface. Maximum deviation is 0.5mm per foot.
• Underside sanded smooth for stable installation on your cabinet.

7. Edge Protection During Shipping

• Each vanity wrapped in foam corners and protective film to prevent scratches or chips during transit.
• Double-check for any pre-existing damage before packing.

8. Final Visual Inspection

• Under bright lighting, scan for hairline cracks, stains, or uneven polish. Only vanities passing this 100% visual check get shipped.
