Installation Guide for Professionals

Before You Start

• Acclimate the marble: Store in the installation room for at least 24 hours at a consistent temperature (~70°F) to prevent thermal shock.
• Check the substrate: Ensure the vanity base is level, dry, and structurally sound (max 1/8" deviation over 4 feet).
• Gather tools: Use a wet saw with a diamond blade, high-quality marble adhesive, non-sanded grout, and a soft cloth.

Installation Tips

• Cutting: Always cut with a wet saw to reduce dust and prevent chipping. For waterfall edges, make precise 45° miter cuts for a seamless look.
• Adhesive application: Apply a thin, even layer of marble-specific adhesive to the substrate. Avoid excess to prevent staining. Press firmly and re-check level.
• Seaming: Use color-matched epoxy resin for joints. Apply sparingly, clamp pieces, and wipe off excess immediately. Allow 24 hours to cure.
• Waterfall edge installation: Align side panels perfectly with the top using the same adhesive. Support with temporary braces until set.

After Installation

• Seal immediately: Apply a high-quality impregnating sealer (two coats recommended). Let dry for 48 hours before water contact.
• Avoid acidic cleaners: Use only pH-neutral cleaners-vinegar or lemon juice will etch the surface.
• Final check: Inspect for adhesive residue or dust. Clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly for a spotless finish.
