Our surfaces are expertly fabricated from full-size, extra-large slabs to ensure seamless visual appeal and structural integrity. We offer two standard thicknesses to suit different design needs and budgets:

• 3cm (1 1/4 inch): Provides a substantial, solid feel for a classic and sturdy appearance.
• 2cm (3/4 inch): A durable and stylish option that offers excellent value.

For simplified planning and installation, we provide prefabricated countertops in popular dimensions.

Kitchen Countertops

• Length: 4 ft (48"), 6 ft (72"), 8 ft (96"), 10 ft (120").
• Width: Standard depth of 25" or an expansive 30" for larger layouts.
• Thickness: Available in both 3cm and an optional thicker profile of 4cm (1.5").

Island Countertops

• Length: Commonly available in 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft lengths; custom lengths are available upon request.
• Width: Typically ranges from 36" to 48" to comfortably accommodate seating and workspace.
• Thickness: Consistent with kitchen tops at either standard thickness option.

Bathroom Vanity Tops

• Length: Standard sizes include 30", 36", 48", and up to 60" for double vanities.
• Width: Designed to fit most cabinetry, available in standard single vanity width (~22") or larger widths (~30").
• Thickness: Offered in the same premium thickness options as our slab material.

Signature Honed Finish

The honed matte finish is the defining characteristic of this surface:

• It creates a smooth, velvety texture that is soft to the touch.
• It significantly reduces the visibility of fingerprints, water spots, and minor surface etches compared to polished finishes.

This treatment enhances the stone's inherent color palette while delivering a look of refined, subtle luxury.

The Craftsmanship Journey: From Quarry to Your Home

Every piece begins as a carefully selected raw block from the quarry, chosen for its superior color consistency and minimal imperfections.

Stage One: Primary Block Cutting

Massive blocks are precisely sliced into manageable slabs using advanced diamond wire saws or computer-guided block cutters. This initial step maximizes material yield while preserving the stone's natural veining patterns.

Stage Two: Slab Calibration & Resin Treatment

Rough-cut slabs are ground to a perfectly uniform thickness on multi-head calibration machines. They then undergo an automated resin treatment where epoxy fills natural micro-fissures. This crucial process enhances the structural integrity of the stone and intensifies its rich coloration.

Stage Three: Creating the Honed Finish

To achieve our signature matte finish, calibrated slabs pass through specialized honing machinery. Using a specific sequence of abrasives (typically ranging from grits), we create a smooth surface with minimal reflectivity-highlighting the natural beauty without high gloss.

Stage Four: Precision Fabrication

Each honed slab is meticulously inspected before cutting. Using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines or precision bridge saws equipped with diamond blades, we digitally template and cut each piece to your exact specifications for flawless fitment around sinks and appliances.

Stage Five: Final Detailing & Quality Assurance

The final step involves crafting your chosen edge profile using diamond-tipped routers. Every piece undergoes rigorous hand-inspection for quality assurance-ensuring color match across seams along with perfect finish consistency throughout your entire order before it's prepared for delivery
