Precision-cut from solid natural stone blocks, we offer two primary thicknesses to suit different applications and aesthetic preferences.

• 3cm (Approx. 1.25") Thick Slabs: The ideal choice for kitchen countertops and islands. This substantial thickness provides exceptional structural integrity, a luxurious feel, and the classic appearance associated with high-end design.
• 2cm (Approx. 0.75") Thick Slabs: A versatile and cost-effective option perfectly suited for bathroom vanity tops, tabletops, bar tops, or cabinet cladding.

Standard Prefabricated Dimensions

To accommodate most standard North American kitchen layouts, we offer countertops in common prefabricated sizes for your convenience.

Standard Lengths:

• 96 inches (2438 mm): The most common length, suitable for the majority of standard kitchen runs.
• 120 inches (3048 mm): Designed for larger kitchen islands or creating long, uninterrupted countertop surfaces.
• 72 inches (1829 mm): Ideal for smaller kitchens or specific applications like dedicated bar areas.

Standard Depths:

• 25.5 inches (648 mm): The conventional depth providing ample workspace for food preparation and standard appliance placement.
• 36 inches (914 mm): Commonly used for kitchen islands or breakfast bars to allow comfortable overhang for seating.
• 18 inches (457 mm): Typically applied for narrower counters in laundry rooms, mudrooms, or other specific installations.

Note: All standard sizes are available in both 2cm and 3cm thicknesses. Various edge profiles can be fabricated to achieve different visual thickness effects.

Available Surface Finishes

• Polished: The classic high-gloss finish that maximizes light reflection, intensifies the color contrast, and highlights the dramatic veining pattern.
• Honed/Matte: A smooth, satin-sheen finish with minimal reflectivity that offers a soft, contemporary aesthetic.
• Leathered/Brushed: A textured finish that provides enhanced tactile grip, conceals fingerprints effectively, and adds a rustic yet sophisticated character.
• Flamed: A rough, naturally textured surface achieved through intense heat exposure; primarily used for exterior applications or specific decorative accents.

Stage 1: Block Extraction & Primary Slabbing

The process begins at select quarries where massive blocks are extracted using diamond wire saws. These raw blocks are transported to our facility where they are precisely cut into slabs using state-of-the-art multi-blade gang saws or block cutters designed to maximize yield while preserving the stone's natural beauty.

Stage 2: Calibration & Resin Reinforcement

Each slab is then calibrated using computerized milling equipment to ensure perfect dimensional uniformity. For marble varieties like this one,a critical resin treatment follows.Special epoxy resins are applied under vacuum pressure.This process fills microscopic fissures inherent in the stone,dramatically increasing its structural integrity,bringing out vibrant color,and creating amore consistent,slightly less porous surface readyfor finishing

Stage 3: Surface Finishing
