Our Craft: The Journey from Quarry to Your Home

Each piece begins as premium rough blocks sourced from select quarries. Our family-owned workshop combines advanced technology with skilled craftsmanship at every stage.

1. Primary Processing

Massive blocks are loaded onto industrial gantry saws equipped with diamond-tipped blades. These machines perform the initial cuts, transforming raw stone into slabs of precise thickness and revealing the unique veining within.

2. Calibration & Preparation

Slabs move to our automated polishing line where they first pass through calibrating machines. This ensures every slab has perfectly uniform thickness-a critical step for creating seamless mosaic assemblies later in the process.

3. Precision Cutting

This is where design becomes reality. Calibrated slabs are fed into Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Waterjet Cutters. Guided by digital designs, these machines use ultra-high-pressure water mixed with abrasive garnet to cut granite with incredible accuracy. This technology allows for complex shapes and intricate details essential for artistic medallions.

4. Artisan Assembly

The individually cut granite pieces are then meticulously hand-assembled by master craftsmen onto flexible mesh backing according to the specific pattern (e.g., "Flowing Color"). They carefully match color flow and veining across each medallion to ensure visual harmony.

5. Finishing & Rigorous Inspection

The assembled medallion receives its final surface finish-whether polished for shine or honed for matte sophistication-on specialized equipment.Every single piece undergoes stringent hand-inspection under bright lights.We check alignment,surface quality,and overall integrity before approval.

6.Secure Packaging

Each finished medallion is carefully protected with foam cornersand packedin robust cardboard boxes.This ensures it arrives at your project site in pristine condition readyfor installation.
